Summer Reset and Renewal Nature Therapy Walk

Thank you for your interest in the Forest Therapy Walk on July 4th at 10 AM.

The event is free and will be at the Mills-Norrie State Park in Staatsburg NY. The event will be between 90 and 120 minutes depending on the number of participants.

Getting to the nature therapy site will require walking for approximately .5 miles, with some incline up and down. The forest therapy walk itself involves slow wandering and sitting on dirt paths, if desired. The paths are not wheelchair or motorized scooter accessible.

Appropriate dress will depend on the weather of the day. The event will be cancelled and rescheduled if there is steady heavy rain or dangerous thunderstorms forecasted.
