Summer Reset and Renewal Nature Therapy Walk

Thank you for your interest in the Forest Therapy Walk on July 3 at 9 AM.

 I hope you can join us.

The event is free and will be at the Fitzgerald Lake Conservation Area in Northampton MA. The event will be between 90 and 120 minutes depending on the number of participants.

Meeting for the walk will take place in the parking area at the entrance to the area. Getting to the nature therapy site will require walking on relatively flat land for approximately .5 miles, with some minimal incline up and down. The forest therapy walk itself involves a slow wander and sitting on dirt paths, if desired. The trails are not wheelchair or motorized scooter accessible.

Appropriate dress will depend on the weather of the day. The event will be cancelled and rescheduled if there is steady heavy rain or dangerous thunderstorms forecasted.
